Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes! Call us at (951) 878-8665. You may place your order over the phone using credit card during business hours (M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT). From international locations, call 1-951-878-8665.

 

How do I cancel an online order?

Tiffany’s Tools ships orders, with only a few exceptions, within 2-3 working days of the date they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at orders@tiffanystools.com, or call Tiffany’s Tools Customer Service at (951) 878-8665.

 

How will I know Tiffany’s Tools received my online order?

Once you place an order with tiffanystools.com, we will provide you with an order number and summary of your order. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive your confirmation information within 24 hours, feel free to call Tiffany’s Tools Customer Service at (951) 878-8665, to confirm that we have received your order.

Can I order or ship Tiffany’s Tools products outside of the United States?

Tiffany’s Tools is not currently accepting online orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Please contact us to inquire about ordering from other countries throughout the world.

 

What forms of Payment are accepted?

Tiffanystools.com is currently accepting orders using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to place an order by check, please contact us. If paid by check, please be aware that additional time may be required to allow for check clearance.

 

Is my order total in US Dollars?

Yes, only US dollar amounts are displayed on tiffanystools.com.

 

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Some UPS shipping methods require a signature upon receipt of your package. After the first attempt, a door tag will be left. You then have the option to sign the door tag requesting the package be left the following business day, or you can call UPS to arrange a pick up. If UPS makes several attempts, and does not hear from you, they will return the package to Tiffany’s Tools after one week.
