My Monday was not a bad one. There is something about waking up and heading to the warehouse. Lifting the garage door to boxes and boxes with my name written on them is rather encouraging. With my coffee in hand, it's my own version of that scene from Breakfast at Tiffany's ( the part of her morning in front of Tiffany and Co. admiring the diamonds). I instead get tools to feast my eyes on! I had a lot of orders that needed to be shipped and got to work loading my car up till the bumper nearly touched the ground. LOL I can just fit eight large boxes at once so ..............I had a few trips to do. This is somewhat of a daily routine for me which is why at UPS, EVERYBODY knows my name. Brenda says "Good morning, Tiffany. You look cute as usual." And Joseph says "How many has the toolgirl sold today?" It is nice to have friends anywhere but my postal service friends always make my day. They are my biggest fans and that is awesome. I told them I would see them tomorrow with a wink and went about the rest of my day. Like I said, it was not a bad day but in fact quite delightful. I'm learning as I go along, about life that is, and the joy is sometimes found where least expected. Hard work can be fun and everyday people can become friends.
